After finding pest activity in the pantry I called Gary, he came that evening and explained what he was going to do to catch the pest which turned our to be a rat. We named it Roland as it freaked us out calling it by the the 3 letter word it is! He found exactly where it was coming in from and baited and he told us exactly what he would do to ensure we would be pest free. He sorted the issue out over a few weeks and also had to remove a deceased rat. His service was brilliant and effective , would recommend 10/10 thank you

A few weeks ago, I contacted Gary to request a quote for a wasp nest. He was incredibly kind and helpful during our conversation. Unfortunately, I didn’t follow up immediately because I needed to organize some things in our loft. When I spoke to him again, he remembered our previous conversation and kindly offered to come that evening. However, since it was getting quite late, I asked if he could postpone, and he kindly agreed to come the following day but i wasnt avalible so we arranged for the day after and a suitable time, he even texted to let me know he would be a few minutes late. When he arrived, he was very helpful and thorough. He discovered that the nest was actually on the neighbor’s property but still checked our loft just to be sure. He was very considerate and did not charge us at all. Overall, I found him to be a lovely person, very reasonable, and excellent in communication. I would definitely feel comfortable reaching out to Gary for any pest removal needs in the future.

Rang Gary at 7:30pm and he said he’d come out to assess the problem no matter the time, he assessed and straight away got to sorting the problem we had out, I.e Rats. He has stuck to his word of coming out every week to assess the situation, he isn’t about the money he’s in it for the love of the job, he wasn’t constantly asking to be payed he wanted to be payed when the job was done. He’s done an excellent job of our problem and it’s all sorted now. Will be using him next time if needed won’t be going nowhere else! Thankyou!

Phoned Gary yesterday. He was as good as his word and arrived today. He promptly dealt with an aggressive wasps nest. Thank goodness we did not attempt to remove. He wore the necessary protection and took the nest with him. Would not hesitate to use him again. Many thanks Gary.

Excellent service here within 15 mins there was no pests ie rodents I thought there were but nothing in my wood box thank you for your prompt service though i do feel a bit silly 😂 well done

Gary came out the same day as calling him. He was very knowledgeable and set up with all the correct equipment. He sorted the wasp’s nest at a very reasonable price and even returned to doubly make sure the wasps had gone free of charge. Gary is a friendly person who puts his clients first. I recommended him to my neighbour who was also pleased with his work. “Gary is the man!”
